Ray spent more than 10 years as chief of staff in the United States Congress, where he was his chief advisor and supervised all staff and campaign activities in both Washington D.C. and Ohio. Ray continues to advise several Congressmen today.

Ray has extensive experience in local, state and federal government operations and campaigns. Ray worked for several years as a staff member of the Ohio House of Representatives and later served as the director of the campaign committee for the Ohio House Majority Caucus. Ray served as Deputy Auditor in Delaware County, Ohio, where he helped provide oversight of the financial records for county offices and administer the county budget of the fastest-growing county in the state. He currently serves our clients in fundraising and political campaigns.

Ray is a graduate of Kent State University. He resides in Delaware, Ohio with his wife and their children.
